There are some websites that are full of 3D models designed for printing, such as https://printables.com, https://makerworld.com and https://thingiverse.com. If your model is on one of those, it may just be easier to provide the link to it, as they tend to tell me all of the settings for the printer. You can also upload the file to Google Drive or Dropbox, and provide the link above.
